Reservations and Cancellation Policy

» A reservation is guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or E Transfer.

» A Booking Fee of either the first night or 25% of the reservation, whichever is the greatest, is applied to the credit card upon booking. Booking Fee is applied to your stay upon check-in.

» Motel Rooms cancelled prior to the 10 day period before arrival, will pay only the booking fee. Full amount of stay or booking will be applied to the credit card for late cancellations or no shows.

» RV Sites cancelled prior to the 10 day period before arrival, will pay only the booking fee. Full amount of stay or booking will be applied to the credit card for late cancellations or no shows.

» We will make every effort to re-rent the space and a credit will then be applied (less booking fee)

» On long weekends and holidays we request a 3 day minimum stay.  Please note that at this time we request the minimum three day stay, and only offering limited room services, Thanks for your understanding.
